How fast do you ship? 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday).  Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.  

*Orders containing custom items may take an additional 1-2 days to ship.  

Where do you ship from? 

For orders in Lebanon, we are located in Sodeco, Beirut.
For orders in Cyprus, we are located in Strovolos, Nicosia.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Knowing that we will do our best to get your order shipped out ASAP, our orders are processed within 2 business days and our delivery partner will make sure to deliver your order within:

• 1-2 days  (In Beirut)
• 2-3 days (Outside Beirut)

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery service time.  Delivery times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination – especially during peak shipping periods.

Will you share or sell my personal information with anyone?

Nope, not ever.  We will use your information to ship your package, and to contact you if we have questions about your order.  We will not share your name, email address, or contact information with any third parties.
